Insurance & Payment Information

We work with a wide range of insurance plans and make every effort to help individuals access treatment whenever possible. Coverage can vary by plan and level of care, so our admissions team is always happy to verify benefits and explain options before admission.

In-Network Insurance

We are in-network with:

  • PacificSource Community Solutions (OHP)

  • PacificSource Commercial (Navigator plans)

  • OHP Open Card

We are also able to accept most Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members.

Out-of-Network Coverage

We are also able to accept most commercial insurance policies on an out-of-network basis. Many plans offer partial or substantial out-of-network benefits, and our team can help you understand what your coverage may include, such as deductible responsibility, coinsurance, and any prior authorization requirements. When appropriate, we may work with insurance carriers to request a single case agreement (SCA); however, approval is not guaranteed and is determined solely by the insurance company.

Not Sure About Your Coverage?

Insurance details can be complicated, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Our admissions team will:

  • Verify your insurance benefits

  • Explain what services may be covered

  • Review any potential out-of-pocket costs

  • Discuss alternative options if needed

Please contact us directly to begin a confidential insurance verification or to ask any questions about coverage.

Insurance Disclaimer

Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan, policy, and level of care. Verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment or coverage. Final determination of eligibility, medical necessity, and reimbursement is made solely by the insurance carrier at the time claims are processed.

Admission to treatment and services provided are subject to clinical appropriateness, authorization requirements, and plan limitations. Patients may be responsible for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket expenses not covered by their insurance plan.

We encourage all prospective clients to speak directly with our admissions team to review coverage details and financial responsibility prior to admission.
