RTB offers SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients regarding treatment-related matters.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize RTB to send you text messages related to appointments, scheduling, administrative communications, and treatment coordination. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Confidentiality and Risk
Text messages may contain protected health information. Text messaging is not a fully secure method of communication. By opting in, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting RTB directly. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive treatment.
Information Sharing
RTB does not sell or share your mobile number for marketing purposes. SMS services may be provided through vendors required to protect confidentiality.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the use of text messaging services provided by Northwest Addiction Treatment LLC, doing business as Recover Together Bend (“RTB”).
Program Description
RTB uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients regarding treatment-related and administrative matters, including appointment reminders, scheduling, care coordination, and operational communications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in RTB’s SMS program.
Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from RTB, you expressly consent to receive text messages from RTB at the number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving treatment, except where such communication is necessary for scheduling or coordination purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your treatment and communication needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RTB is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting RTB directly. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
